Corrections
This is the most useful thing anyone reading can send us. Airline limits change without notice and manufacturers revise specifications quietly, and the airline data in particular is the highest-stakes content here — every row is dated 3 September 2026 precisely because it will go out of date.
If you send a correction, include the page and the figure you think is wrong. A link to the source is even better. What happens next:
- We re-check the figure against the primary source.
- If it has changed, we update the value and re-date the row rather than editing silently.
- Because every score is computed rather than typed, a corrected spec propagates into every table and verdict that uses it automatically.
- If it changed a recommendation, the page says so. The full policy.
What else we can help with
- A product we should compile. We add products whose manufacturer publishes enough to rank them honestly. If a bag you rate is missing, tell us and point at its spec page.
- A question the site does not answer. These frequently become pages.
- A disagreement with the method. The weights and breakpoints are published so they can be argued with. If you think an axis is weighted wrongly, we would like to hear why.
What to expect
Pack & Porter is a small operation, so a reply comes from the person who wrote the page rather than from a support queue. Corrections are answered first and usually within a day, because the airline tables are the content where being wrong has a price attached. Everything else gets a reply when it gets one — but it does get one.
If you are writing about a specific figure, the most useful message contains three things: the page, the number you think is wrong, and where you saw the correct one. With those we can re-check and update the same day. Without the third, we still check, it just takes longer.
What happens to what you send
The form sends your name, email address and message to one inbox. It is used to reply to you and to fix whatever you reported, and it is not added to a mailing list — we do not have one. We do not sell or share it, and there is no account to create. The full privacy policy covers the rest, including what our analytics can and cannot see.
The form is rate-limited to 5 submissions per hour and carries a hidden field that automated submissions tend to fill in. If a legitimate message is rejected — it happens, particularly if a page has been open in a tab for hours — reload the page and send it again, or just email us directly at info@packandporter.com.
